About Me
What I Believe
There’s a better way through this.
Much of the harm families experience during divorce isn’t inevitable — it often comes from how the process unfolds.
I believe that even in the middle of conflict, people are capable of making thoughtful, values-driven decisions when given the right support. My work is rooted in the idea that you don’t have to choose between protecting yourself and staying humane — both can exist at the same time.
When we slow things down and bring clarity to what matters most, it becomes possible to move through this with integrity and care.

Who I Am
My background and training.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in both Texas and Michigan, with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families in transition.
My work has increasingly focused on divorce, co-parenting, and high-conflict family systems, often in collaboration with attorneys, financial professionals, and court-involved teams. I am an active member of the collaborative divorce community, including the International Association of Collaborative Professionals and Collaborative Divorce groups in Texas.
My training in counseling, combined with extensive real-world experience in complex family cases, allows me to offer guidance that is both clinically informed and practically grounded.
My Approach
What working together looks like.
In our work together, I focus on creating a calm, structured space where we can slow things down and make thoughtful decisions.
I draw from attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, and systems-oriented approaches to help you understand what’s driving conflict and how to respond differently. Sessions are both reflective and practical — we’ll explore what’s underneath the tension while also developing clear next steps and agreements you can carry into real life.
My style is steady, direct, and nonjudgmental, offering both support and accountability so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Collaborative Support
Is this a good fit?
This may be a good fit if you want to handle divorce or co-parenting with intention, but feel overwhelmed by the emotional and practical complexity.
You value being a good parent and a reasonable partner, even when communication feels strained or conflict keeps resurfacing.
You’re looking for steady, thoughtful guidance that helps you move forward with clarity, protect your children, and stay aligned with your values.

Areas I Serve
Here for you in Frisco and beyond.
I provide in-person counseling in Collin County and offer secure virtual sessions to adults throughout Texas and Michigan. This allows clients to receive consistent, thoughtful support whether they prefer meeting locally or connecting from elsewhere.
